Any Hotel Management educated professional with minimum 5 years of experience in Hotel Industry can become an entrepreneur partner.
Hotel Management Institutes
All Hotel Management Colleges and Institutes running for at least 2 years are eligible to partner with us.
Existing Training Centers
Any existing centers (Computer Centers or others) having good manpower resource availability can apply.
Passionate Individuals
Any individual who is keen to follow our 100% guidelines and committed to rural youth development.
NGO / Trust / Foundation
Any Trust/NGO or Foundation not associated with Central or State Government projects concerning Hotel Management.

Partner Responsibilities
Key requirements for running a successful Premiere Learning Center
Student Mobilization
Identify and recruit eligible rural youth (18-25 years, 10th pass minimum) from your region.
Document Verification
Verify income proof, age proof, bank account, and educational certificates of students.
Uniform & Travel
Arrange uniforms during 1st month and organize railway tickets for hotel placement.
Batch Coordination
Intimate Premiere within 3 days of batch commencement with student details.
Timeline Management
Mobilize students within 12-15 days once hotel allocation is announced.
Follow Guidelines
Adhere to 100% Premiere guidelines and maintain program integrity.
Eligible Students
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 10th Standard Pass
- Age between 18 to 25 years
- Bank account is mandatory
- Income proof of family
